ini sudah untuk kedua kalinya saya yoga..

olahraga ini bener unpredictable,,
saya kira dlu yoga adalah olahraga yang cuman duduk dan memejamkan mata, pokoknya olahraga yang membosankan.
ternyata…..
setelah ikut di pertemuan pertama, semua anggapan itu runtuh..
wkwkwkkw…
GILAAA!!! ni olahraga yang paling menguras keringat daripada olahraga lain yang pernah saya lakukan (badminton, aerobik, basket)

DAN!!
ga hanya duduk diam sambil merem sambil nafas,,
tapi sampai jungkir balik, berdiri pake kepala, tangan (ak blum bisa),,,
MELANTAI intinyaaa..
hahaha

ya iniii gerakan yang sangat ekstriimm dan susaahh….
😀

SUSAH BOOKK!!!
hanya orang dengan badan yang sangat lentur yang bisa melakukannya dengan sempurna…
karena saya new comer, makanya badan saya masih sangat tidak lentur
😀

dan ALHAMDULILLAH banyak sekali manfaat yang sudah saya rasakan…
diantaranya masalah kewanitaan, nyeri saat “dapet”, pusing-pusing  juga hilang, menurunkan berat badan, mengecilkan lingkar pinggang dan terbiasa duduk dengan tegap
